A powerhouse in the real estate industry since 2017, driven by a passion for excellence and an unyielding desire to reinvest in his community, Victor has collaborated with industry giants like John Murray, Joe Castillo, Toni VanderHayden, and Eddie Garcia. He initially honed his skills across residential, investment, and new construction sectors to meet diverse client needs.

In just six years, Victor orchestrated 400+ real estate transactions totaling $40 million, generating over $1.14 million in gross commission income. As a result, he has earned distinction among the Top 1.49% of Realtors® nationwide, as recognized by RealTrends in The Wall Street Journal.

Victor's accolades extend to being honored as a NAHREP® Top 250 recipient for five consecutive years (2018-2022), ranking #8 in the Midwest and #44 nationwide in 2022. Additionally, in that year, he attained the prestigious #1 Individual Team in the KW Mid-American Region.

At the start of 2023, Victor transitioned to full-time investing, concentrating on acquisitions and hands-on project management. He has completed over $3 million in acquisitions without outside investors and built a portfolio exceeding $5 million in assets.

In July 2025, Victor became a Growth Partner at Realty of America (ROA), a fast-scaling national real estate brokerage built on agent empowerment, technology, and modern compensation structures. At ROA, Victor focuses on training top-producing agents to implement proven systems and expand into real estate investing for long-term growth.
